We have a great lineup of new Toyota near Orlando right now; however, we have had a ton of great Toyota cars that were previously fan-favorites! Let’s take a trip down memory lane and take a look at some of our favorite past Toyota cars near Orlando.
Go back in time with our Toyota dealership near Orlando
We’re turning today into Flashback Friday and exploring some of the best Toyota cars that aren’t around today. Although these Toyota cars aren’t available at our Toyota dealership now, it doesn’t mean they’re forgotten! After all, who could forget the Toyota Supra near Orlando? We’re also taking a look back at the Toyota Celica and Toyota Solara!
We’re starting with a bang with the Toyota Supra! If you’ve never heard of this Toyota sports car, you might have been living under a rock! It’s the most iconic Japanese sports car to ever hit the market and is still raved about to this day. What was so special about the Toyota Supra?
The Toyota Supra was the most performance driven sports car to ever join the Toyota lineup! In its last year of production, this Toyota boasted 320 hp and 315 lb.-ft of torque. This Toyota sports car near Orlando was considered supercar and could go 0-60 in as low as 4.6 seconds! It also flaunted a sleek and sporty look with its aluminum hood, huge rear wing, and low stance. Race car enthusiasts also loved to soup up this new Toyota to make it look even sportier!
The Toyota Solara didn’t leave our Toyota lineup too long ago, but it sure is missed! This Toyota is most known for the open top model it offered. This vehicle was designed after the best-selling Toyota Camry near Orlando and was introduced to the market in 1998.
The first Toyota Solara was available as sporty sedan and it was an instant hit! It became available in a convertible option in 2000 to give drivers even more excitement!
Get to know the beloved Toyota Celica!
We can’t talk about popular Toyota cars of the past without mentioning the Toyota Celia! This iconic sports car stuck around for three decades and ceased production in 2005. This is why you may still see these on the road today!
This Toyota sports car was introduced to the public in 1973, and even became inspiration for the Toyota Supra, which came after it! It was both performance-drive and stylish, which made drivers flock to it. Plus, it was super affordable, which made it a reasonable option for any driver!
We don’t have these Toyota cars available at Toyota of Clermont; however, we have a ton of new Toyota options to choose from! Stop by today at 16851 State Road 50. You can also visit our sister store at 3575 Vineland Rd. near the Mall at Millenia.
