Charles Hosmer Morse Museum of American Art
Appreciate real works of art at the Morse Museum. Inside this museum is a large collection of Louis Comfort Tiffany’s works. The galleries include Tiffany’s paintings, pottery, jewelry, art glass, and more! There are also objects from his large estate in Long Island. Some of these pieces are near 100 years old! The actual museum was named after the founder’s grandfather. The founder, Jeanette Genius McKean and her husband collected pieces of Tiffany’s work for over 50 years.
Kissimmee Air Museum
With 22 aircrafts on display, bring your kids to the Kissimmee Air Museum to learn about the history of flight! In addition to aircrafts on display, there are also artifacts including an engine and gun collection. These aren’t just any airplanes and aircrafts. In fact, some were actually used in World War II and the Korean War. One of the best parts of the Kissimmee Air Museum is it’s location! It’s conveniently located at Warbird Adventures – a vintage aircraft flying school! You actually have the opportunity to get up in the air in a vintage aircraft and take the controls!
